About Burgamy Park
In 2017, Chad Tarver and Jordan Wheatley partnered to form 806 Land Group. Chad and Jordan have worked in the construction industry their whole lives in all aspects of construction: material sales, subcontractors, builders, and now land developers. To date, 806 Land Group has primarily focused on the popular northwest region of Lubbock. Uptown West was their first residential development located at Erskine Avenue and Frankford Avenue providing a much-needed housing lot supply to the northern edge of the Frenship School District.
This year, 806 Land Group brings their newest subdivision to the WTHBA Parade of Homes, Burgamy Park. This half section of land was previously owned by the Estes and Nona Burgamy family for well over 100 years. This master-planned residential development is located in the booming region of northwest Lubbock at 19th and Rochester Avenue. Burgamy Park wraps around Frenship’s Terra Vista Middle School and provides quick access to Texas Tech, LCU, and the medical district.

806 Land Group’s next subdivision is Terra Vista located just west of Terra Vista Middle School. Look for new homes in Terra Vista in early 2023.
Chad and Jordan also venture with Trey Strong and Robert Wood of The West Texas Land Guys. Together, they are currently developing Lincoln 16 in north Lubbock and The Overlook in Wolfforth. The Overlook will be a fresh new housing subdivision in the 2023 Parade of Homes that spans over 650 acres just south of Evie Mae’s BBQ. We are excited to be expanding our development company into the City of Wolfforth.
All 806 Land Group subdivisions have been engineered and managed by AMD Engineering. We are extremely grateful to work with Cory Dulin, Jimmy McDaniel, and their talented staff. Chad and Jordan have been past participants in the Parade of Homes as builders, and they both currently serve on the WTHBA board of directors. Most of all, we appreciate and support the West Texas Home Builders Association and it’s mission of keeping housing affordable.
